Yoga is really effective in weight loss. It also relaxes my mind and can control emotions that helped me get rid of stress from everyday routines.

Wow! This article is really an eye opener. I never thought that there are so many kinds of yoga and it could provide so many benefits. I have plenty of friends who practice yoga and I realized that most of them lose some weight in the process. Besides bringing peace to the body and promote the blood circulation in the body, I think there are a lot more benefits ready to be discovered through Yoga.
