I could not agree more. I absloutlteyl think that prenatal yoga is great way to stay fit pre and post pregnancy. It will put you in a position post pregnancy to jump back in to your fitness routine with more ease and comfort. This is a healthy solution for exercise while pregnant.

I totally agree. I used a form of prenatal yoga when I was pregnant but was something I came up with myself from my previous yoga experience. I was not aware of a specific DVD on prenatal yoga. Thanks for the tip. I will have to check this out next time (fingers crossed) I get pregnant.
