A Cosmic Order Is All The Rage

Yoga Mad

Yoga Mad

By any chance have you heard about this newest fad – Cosmic Ordering? Everyone seems to want to make their own cosmic order but do you wonder what this is all about?

Almost everyone has heard of ‘the secret’ and ‘the law of attraction’. However, you can obtain your desire, because the cosmic order is much more detailed.

If it was possible for you to order whatever you wanted for your life, what thing do you think you would order? Would your order include something like a more youthful vitality, or maybe the perfect spouse, good health maybe, or a large sum of money? These are all possibilities to be got for the asking when you utilize the system for cosmic ordering?

According to numerous celebrity endorsements and a multitude of individuals, it does work for them. Even so, what is it that occurs while placing your cosmic order? In addition, how is it that for some it does not work?

The method is easy but people still can’t reap what they asked for. Many reasons can be though of for this. The first reason is that people cling to old beliefs. These beliefs state the fact of not enough stuff to go around to all the people.

There is abundance out there for everyone; however, some may never receive it no matter how hard they may try to do so. This happens because some believe it is short supply and they reason that the success of others depletes the amount available. They then become angry with or jealous of those who are able to draw from these universal resources.

This belief only serves to hinder them from ever being able to get the bountiful goodness that is being so desperately sought after. It signals the brain again that there is not enough. The brain’s energy tells the Universe and the prophecy comes true.

The 2nd reason that many aren’t successful is the fact that while they can be joyous for others, they still don’t think there is ample to go around, and they do not believe they can have it. Haven’t you heard the kind that say that they never win anything just as they go to purchase a weekly lottery ticket? This is there way of not getting disappointed. These people believe if they talk about their bad luck, that some magical force will provide them what they need or want.

This will never work, since you can make your cosmic order and determine your destiny by making a simple phrase to accompany the cosmic order.

third reason that many don’t get what they want is that they truly don’t believe they deserve it. The belief that it is wrong to desire a better life, the belief that they have no value or the belief that they aren’t special enough to be able to order anything they want blocks them from the marvels of what can happen when you make a cosmic order.

If you look at your beliefs and find you fall into this category, you need to do some serious reprogramming. You have to eliminate the old belief system and begin to see yourself as the unique and important person you are. You are no better than anyone else, but there’s nobody better than you.

All earthly creatures have a divine right to health, happiness and wealth. Nevertheless, you have to release your past and believe in receiving that which you deserve and desire.

You can use cosmic ordering easily when you have the right tools. Scientific studies shows prove that the concept works. The commonsensical ideal behind the secret has eluded humans for centuries, however some of it has been revealed by quantum physics.

There are many ways that you can help yourself to a making sure that a cosmic order is successful. First a positive attitude is essential. You should also try meditation and self-hypnosis and making affirmations.

Using special sound frequencies known as binaural tones, which are recent developments in sound technology can aid you tremendously to change the state of your mind in order to communicate with the universe. You will see faster results when you use such technology, since it can aid you by clearing away you old system of beliefs much faster.

At one time, only true believers of a religious sect or mystics were those who used the cosmic order system. However, today, everyone can take advantage of all these possibilities. You can achieve your desires while uniting science and the wisdom of the ancients.

The Benefits of Yoga Can be Enhanced With a Yoga Strap

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009
Yoga Mad

Yoga Mad

Almost certainly, once you’ve gotten one, you’ll find a yoga strap to be an essential “prop” in your yoga practice. But, before we discuss the benefits of using a yoga strap, let’s talk a little about Yoga, itself.

The Benefits of Yoga

Yoga practitioners have discovered that habitual yoga practice awakens both mind and body! Doing each pose flawlessly requires your complete attention, and such focus awakens your mental awareness. Your “outer body” is enriched as each pose nourishes, energizes, and revitalizes every cell, fiber, and tissue through enhanced breathing, flexibility, strength and alignment. The goal of yoga practice is to create a union between the body, mind and spirit.

Patience is not only a virtue, it is the “key” to mastering a yoga pose, specially when combined with ample time and commitment. No one is a master the first time they make an effort to do anything. But, slowly over time, as you practice and try to perform each pose correctly, without pushing yourself too far physically or beating yourself up mentally, you will discover that you are developing flexibility, strength, and energy physically and feeling more peaceful and clear mentally.

Try to create a fresh, serene space for your yoga practice, with a bare floor, if possible, and a clear wall. Avoid distractions, such as cell phones, during your yoga practice. Preferably, you should not eat for at least 2 hours before practicing. If this is not possible, then try to eat something light, such as a piece of fruit, but no more than 1 hour before you start your yoga practice.

Remember to be mindful of how your body feels, and stop or pause if you encounter any pain or discomfort while trying out a pose. Then try again.

Yoga props and yoga accessories, such as yoga mats, yoga bolsters, yoga straps, yoga blocks, yoga mat bags, and even yoga towels are designed to assist you in moving deeper into a pose, in performing an impeccable pose, and in practicing in a wholesome way.

Yoga prop benefits are many, but principally they assisting you in avoiding, or relieving pain and discomfort that sometimes accompanies the more challenging yoga poses, expressly in the beginning.

Occasionally we all “push” rather than “easing” into a yoga pose, and injury may occur. Yoga props can offer the support and extensions needed to do a pose correctly.

Stress relief and relaxation benefits are an integral part of any yoga practice. Yoga props can offer necessary support so you’re not tempted to “stress out” because you’re unable to do a certain pose.

The plumb line, that is, “head-over-heels” body alignment, is important in doing yoga poses accurately. Yoga props are fundamental in aiding appropriate alignment.

Yoga props help to enhance movement. Certain props create space in the joints and permit the body more fluid movement without causing stress on a particular joint.

And, finally, we’re back to one of the extraordinary benefits of yoga, i.e., the development of awareness and understanding. When you are free to focus on doing your yoga poses correctly, rather than worrying about any limitations you might be experiencing, you are more capable to experience the deeper gifts of a regular yoga practice. Yoga props can aid in eliminating any limitations to your doing flawless yoga poses.

Ready to Add a Yoga Strap Prop?

Whether you are a beginner and need a bit of help in your poses, or you merely want to get the most out of your yoga routine, a yoga strap is a great addition to your “yoga props.” An increase in flexibility is critical in yoga practice. If you’re thinking you’re not flexible enough for a yoga practice, don’t give up. That’s where a yoga strap can really assist you. It is by far the most beneficial yoga accessory for developing flexibility. In fact, without a yoga strap, some novices will find certain poses impossible.

If you have limbs you currently can’t reach, a yoga strap will let you to grip those limbs, and it can also aid you in holding a pose longer. In so many words, then, a yoga strap has a variety of useful uses. Case in point, if you hook it around your foot while your leg is held straight, your hamstring stretch will go a lot farther! If your hands are not able to typically clasp each other, bound poses, like cow face or Gomukhasana are difficult to do without a yoga strap. A yoga strap can also be used to hold your leg in a Trikosana, to stretch your shoulder in the Shoulder Stretch Exercise, and a lot of other yoga postures.

Yoga straps are generally available in materials such as nylon and hemp, and often have buckles on the end to assist in storage and transportation.

Yoga – How To Begin

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009
Yoga Mad

Yoga Mad

You can get audio or video tapes that give breathing instruction and teach relaxation techniques at health food stores, bookstores, and by mail order. It’s probably fine to learn breath and relaxation from a tape or booklet, but don’t try the yoga exercises without a skilled teacher. He or she can make corrections, caution you when necessary, and help you to adapt poses, if you need to.

It will be worth it to you to spend a little time finding an instructor who is right for you. Your diabetes nurse educator or other health care professional may be able to recommend a yoga instructor. Get referrals for a yoga instructor as you would for any professional you might wish to consult.

Yoga instructors aren’t required to be certified, but many are, through many different programs. Ask prospective teachers if they are certified. A certified teacher isn’t necessarily better than someone who isn’t certified, but it’s something to consider.

Yoga is fun, healthy, and calming. It’s a wise way handed down over several thousands of years. There is little danger in yoga, and even a little progress brings with it freedom and peace of mind.

Although most people with diabetes can exercise safely, exercise involves some risks. To shift the benefit-to-risk ratio in your favor, take these precautions:

Have a medical exam before you begin your exercise program, including an exercise test with EKG monitoring, especially if you have cardiovascular disease, you are over 35, you have high blood pressure or elevated cholesterol levels, you smoke, or you have a family history of heart disease.

Discuss with your doctor any unusual symptoms that you experience during or after exercise such as discomfort in your chest, neck, jaw, or arms; nausea, dizziness, fainting, or excessive shortness of breath; or short-term changes in vision.

If you have diabetes-related complications, check with your healthcare team about special precautions. Consider exercising in a medically supervised program, at least initially, if you have peripheral vascular disease, retinopathy, autonomic neuropathy, or kidney problems.

Learn how to prevent and treat low blood glucose levels (hypoglycemia). If you take oral agents or insulin, monitor your blood glucose levels before, during, and after exercise.

If you have type I, and your blood glucose is above 250 milligrams per deciliter, check your urine for ketones. Don’t exercise if ketones are present, because exercise will increase your risk of ketoacidosis and coma.

Always warm up and cool down.

Don’t exercise outdoors when the weather is too hot and humid, or too cold.

Kriya Yoga

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

Yoga Mad

The appearance of Kriya yoga is tributary to a combination of yoga styles such as Bhakti, Jnana and Raja. The word kriya describes effort or transformation. Although introduced to the modern world in the 19th century by master Lahiri Mahasaya, Kryia yoga seems to be much older. It is said to appear in the Bhagavad-Gita which is considered to be more than 3000 years old. Devotion to God, self-discipline of the body and mind as well as a strict daily program represent the main principles for Kryia yoga practice. In order for a student to learn the specificity of this yoga technique, the presence of a guru is a must-meet condition.

Kriya yoga can influence the lives of people looking for a deeper, more spiritual relationship with their essence. This style of yoga is kundalini oriented and, it is a meditation technique theorized by a series of esoteric principles. Moreover, the stress falls onto the power within oneself and the necessity to be guided by an initiate on the journey inside. There are several aims in Kriya yoga, among which the breaking of the separation line between mind and body.
An analysis of the three styles that meet in Kriya yoga is necessary for an understanding of the history and underlying principles of the practice. Thus, Karma yoga focuses on the movement of the soul between inside and outside of the mind; Jnana yoga aims at conquering wisdom, liberating mind through knowledge, while Bhakti yoga focuses on love, and how it can bring peace to one’s world. The combination of these three principles aims at purifying the mind and the soul. Consequently, Kriya yoga practitioners are certain that they can achieve self-fulfillment through Kriya routine rather than by other disciplines.

There are some stages to go through before practicing Kriya yoga. First of all, the body needs to be ready, and Hatha yoga exercises remain relevant in the practice for this very purpose. Then, the mind needs preparation too. Mantras are uttered in Kriya yoga techniques so as to deepen the meditative experience. It is said in Bhagavad-Gita that the goal of one who practices Kriya yoga is to accomplish the Supreme Goal (Samahdi), by leaving the external world with its fears, angers and desires out and by controlling the intellect and the sensory mind.
